What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order to provide you with the most accurate quote possible we require the following information:
-what services you are interested in?
-date of your event
-location of your event
-how many guests
-any dietary requirements
Once we have this information our events team will quickly put together a quote and send it back to you for your approval.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure you are dealing with a legitimate company, who have been around for a while and have lots of experience in their field. Ask to see images of their products and their setup. Check reviews online and ask lots of questions about what they can provide and how.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Pan-n-Ice was started in June 2015 after Henry Milroy discovered it whilst travelling around Thailand. He quickly decided to drop out of uni and bring it back to the UK.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had several bookings through Add to Event and all of them have been a great success. The platform is easy and clear to use, as a result, we always deliver the event exactly how the client expected.
