What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to put forward an accurate quote for an ice cream van we would need the timings, the number of people attending, how the services are to be paid for and what products you require.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would make sure the company is reputable, always look at the reviews and ensure they have carried out this kind of work before.
I would also stress the cheapest quote isn't always the best quote.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
i have grown into the business from a young child, my father started the business in 1972 and I have followed on since approximately 2003.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
we have had some great bookings through add to event, its always good working with organisers through add to event as we both end up learning something from each other.
an example is a festival in minety we covered, the atmosphere and the event was very well staged...it ended up attracting more people than expected.
