What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order for me to provide a quote the main information I need is the number of guests. This information is vital and helps with a more detailed quote. Secondly the number of hours they require us to be on site is vital information as it helps with day scheduling. Lastly the location as this will let us know how far we have to travel.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's important to find out from the supplier how long they need to set up and be ready, this will help your event run smoothly and avoid disappointed guest having to wait around. Also getting a copy of the menu of the supplier is helpful so you can decide what you want to serve at your event, sometimes having a limited menu helps with the wait times and allows for the supplier to work quickly. Lastly always ask what certificates the supplier holds having a qualification in food safety is very important.

We are family-run business that provides delicious ice cream with the help of our amazing ice cream vans. We aim to provide great customer service and also great-tasting treats for all. We ensure we have a wide range of treats and toppings to fascinate your taste buds. Our main goal is to ensure everyone is left satisfied.

Add to Event is a brilliant space to find new business. I am always updated with new requests and the easy to use system allows me to quickly send quotes with my save templates.
