What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order to provide an organiser with a comprehensive quote, we would need the date and time of the event, a brief description of the type of event they're hosting, an estimated number of guests and the venue of the event. From this, we can provide the organiser with a comprehensive quote.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You should ask the provider their hygiene rating, then ask whether or not they have Public Liability insurance. After that, all the provider about the product they are offering, as ideally you would want somebody who knows about their ice creams to cater for you. Finally ask for a quote before booking in for your event.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Mr Whippy ice cream puts a smile on everyones faces, thats why we started our ice cream vans to cater for events, wedding, and fairs. We are passionate about our ice creams, and like to provide a great service, giving people a day to remember when we cater for them.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had loads of bookings through this platform, so we are very happy about that. All our events have been great, and we have always left leaving a smile on our customers faces. Our clients always rebook with us, and there's a reason for that. We provide them with an excellent service and a very competitive quote.
