What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need, the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests and are there any vegans etc or other special requirements.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be to ask if they can cater for vegan guests and do they supply the toppings and sauces to go with the ice cream.
Also, do they do a range of ice lollies as well as Whippy ice cream?
Also if you are looking for a Whippy ice cream van or hard scoop ice cream van.

YOUR LOCAL ICE CREAM MAN
I first started working In the ice cream business in 2007. while working for another ice cream van owner.
In 2009 I bought my very own van and began running my own business in Dorset.
Early 2018 I moved to Hampshire and now run my vans in the Hampshire area
Since then, my ice cream has become a big hit at weddings, birthday parties, proms, school fetes, children's parties, and more!
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I have had a few bookings from here and everyone I've attended were exactly as people requested.
The communication was great from potential customers and as soon as an event is posted I am notified, I would recommend Add to Event as it has helped with gaining more business.
