For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, and a potential venue, whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable equipment list and design. We also offer a free venue checking service as part of our Health & Safety Policy.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Jump & Bounce Northumberland was initially set up by Neil & Sarah Moir in October 2013, 6 months prior to this the pair were busy working out business plans looking at all different inflatables. Neil came from an Admin background and Sarah came from a catering and hospitality background.
Having 3 children Neil & Sarah knew how hard it was to organise children's parties and to keep things fresh year after year. Now in 2018, we have lots of various services to offer and we have also included Neil's mum as part of the management team. Looking into 2019 we have ordered a Fun Run inflatable and we are the only company in Northumberland to have the Human Whack A Mole inflatable game.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Jump & Bounce Northumberland have had a few bookings from Add to Event and we believe that this is good for business. We can choose which customers are looking for services that we offer and if not then we can just move to the next advertisement. We would recommend Add to Event page to anyone and have put the logo on our Website for 2019. We hope that we can gain more customer base from this site and the pricing is good too.
