What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
Every customer's requirements are unique and therefore it important to get every stage of the booking correct. Simply Events take a full background of your plans to help you every step of the way. We require the location, times and proposed date. From there we can move forward in making your exact vision a reality.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The market can be confusing, especially when you haven't planned such an event before. Simply Events are there to guide you based on our experience. Where choosing a business to work with always check reviews and the quality of workmanship already provided. Quality of service says a lot about how well maintained the products really are.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Simply Events began providing mobile discos in the North East of Scotland. Since then we have expanded dramatically with inflatables, wedding products, soft play areas and more. We now cover the whole of Scotland with over 300 products to hire. Although we have grown, the customer focus is still number one for every hire that we provide.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Simply Events have provided a range of products through Add to Event including Hot Tubs and Inflatables. Customers have been amazed at what we have provided them and it's thanks to Add to Event that they have discovered us. We love growing, just like Add to Event.
