Kids Fun Hire
Kids Fun Hire provides an inflatable castle and soft play hire. They supply a variety of products that are manufactured in the UK and are PIPA tested for quality. Great pride is taken in offering a reliable service because when you are planning an event, the last thing you want is unreliable contractors.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote ideally we need to know, dates, address, ages of the users, where you are looking for this to be set up ie. indoors or outdoors, type of floor i.e grass and size of the space available. From this information, we can make recommendations.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, safety should be your number one concern, make sure if you are hiring a bouncy castle that it’s PIPA tested and that the company are members of a trade association. You should always check the company has suitable insurance. The more information you can provide the better to prevent you from being disappointed on the day. We often ask customers to send over images of the available space if they are unsure of anything.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We are a family run business. We have 3 children and wanted to do something they would enjoy being a part of as they grow up. We also have great connections with local schools and love to do our bit to give back to the community and help them celebrate occasions.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Our first booking through Add to Event ended up being on a day where the weather was awful and we were looking at cancelling the job. Luckily we spoke to the customer with enough notice and were able to change to an indoor venue so that her grandson still got to enjoy his birthday. We will always do our best to advise customers and make sure they have the best time at the parties!
