To provide a quotation we need the date, venue and time of your event. An indication of the ages and numbers in attendance as well as the type of equipment that is preferred is also helpful. What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check their customer reviews and try to ascertain if they are genuine! Don't necessarily believe the pictures on their website as they may have been taken years ago, perhaps when new. Always speak to the company when booking and don't take a chance and book online. You will get a feel as to the type of company you are dealing with and also run through the finer points such as area required, power etc.
Check that the inflatables you are hiring meet the current safety guidelines and have been tested as such. After all, you would not drive a car without an MOT so why would you allow your loved ones to use unsafe and possibly dangerous equipment.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I had a big birthday and hired equipment from another company. It was dirty and quite disgusting - my wife had to clean it before she would let anyone use it! We were looking at a change of career and decided we could do it far far better. We researched and visited manufacturers for almost a year and found the very, very best. Our aim was to have spectacular equipment with the best customer service. We have achieved this and have been Worcestershire's premier equipment hire company for 10 years with over 120 hire items available. All equipment is owned by our company and we do not sub-hire. This is the only way you can guarantee the quality to the customer and ensure it is beautifully clean.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have had multiple bookings through Add to Event. The majority are weddings as no bride wants bad equipment or an unreliable company to ruin their special day. We are not the cheapest company, however there is always a reason why something is cheap. Buy cheap, buy twice!
