What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive and detailed quote to a customer, we would require the event date, the estimated number of guests and the venue location. From this, based on our experience and expertise we can put together a tailored offer to suit the customer.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, ask the vendor about the product offering and ethos. Ask the vendor about flexibility in tailoring the menu for the event. Ask the vendor about the serving style and set-up.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Paolo, originally from Caserta in the Campania region of Southern Italy and Chiarina, with family in Lazio have spent their childhoods and post-uni days living in Italy both in the Southern areas and Tuscany. Thanks to our time spent in the country, tasting different regional flavours, we wanted to bring a genuine pizza experience to Suffolk.
