They are happy to cater for your wedding, private party, corporate event, birthday, etc. and will turn up with converted horsebox, set up discretely, and be ready to serve at your desired time.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To be able to provide a quote we need to know as many details as possible about the event.
Information requested: Location - Date - whether there is power and water available - the type of event
We will then be in touch with an initial quotation.
We are always aiming to have a chat with our clients, in order to understand fully their needs.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask a provider about their products.
Try to have a feel and understand if your providers have a true passion for what they serve.
Ultimately, always try to speak in person.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We are Italians, with an obvious passion for our Country’s food, especially Pizza!
We have never found what we thought to be a “proper” pizza in the UK, then the first lockdown came and we converted an old horsebox into a pizzeria.
From then on we haven’t looked back. Always try to improve and produce top quality authentic wood-fired pizzas, following the Italian tradition.
We make our fresh dough ourselves, we use the best ingredients, we hope to bring to you a little bit of Italy!
