What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a competitive quote to a customer, ideally we would like to know the following information. Type of event, date of the event, what you are looking to hire, venue address or postcode area (if the venue isn't yet confirmed) and the duration of the hire. We can then check availability, provide you with a quote or breakdown if you are looking to hire more than one item. Our packages are really popular, get in touch to find out more!
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There is an old saying, if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys!
It does ring true and we have had to pick up the booking for many brides and party customers very late in the day, due to small businesses going out of business, failing to show up and in the worst case, taking customers money and then disappearing!
We are coming up to 5 years of business and have worked with many customers (weddings, corporate, celebrities, party customers, festivals and so on). We pride ourselves on customer service whilst providing the very best the market has to offer in terms of products. Our products are luxury and it shows. Always check out reviews, (Facebook Pages are good for this), ask to see images of the products you would be hiring and go with your gut feeling about how a company converses with you.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Bespoke Light Up Letters was set up in 2015. Sophie has a background in marketing and saw a concept and took it to market, with two small children, it was the path she wished to take rather than to return to work as an employee.
The business has grown from strength to strength and is now a reputable brand in the wedding and events industry.
We are passionate about all things weddings & events and we provide a premium solution for your wedding or event so that you can relax and be rest assured.
