What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, the information provided to us is absolutely key! Essential information includes the event date, location, number of guests, theme, requirements and any special requests. Any information on your venue is also greatly appreciated.
As we own all of our music, we appreciate 'play' and 'do not play' lists well in advance of your function.
Understanding your budgetary requirements is also really useful to us as it allows us to tailor the appropriate package!
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Most importantly, find a provider that is passionate about their work! Ensure that your provider is able to cater appropriately to your audience and chosen venue. Ensure that your supplier has quality kit that will give your guests the 'wow-factor' and that will give your guests an experience that they will never forget. We are all after the best value for money, however as is with most things in life, you get what you pay for. Whilst a provider may not be the cheapest on price, they may offer services that other suppliers may not, so keep an eye out for those elements that will make your event that little bit more special!

Born out of a sheer passion for events and with a combined 17 years experience in hospitality, Jade and Alex established Zynasty Events to provide quality sound, lighting, photobooth & entertainment services to the events industry at an affordable price. Zynasty prides itself on its state-of-the-art kit, high-end sound systems and experienced staff.
Having completed his first professional gig (an 18th birthday party) aged 10, Alex's passion since a young boy has been DJing, over the decades he has specialised in a number of genres and continues to challenge himself daily, playing at events, weddings and parties all over the UK.
With roots in Events Management, Jade is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience. Her driven and ambitious nature allows her to work efficiently with customers to deliver outstanding event entertainment.

Having recently joined Add to Event, we have been overwhelmed by the demand for our services and anticipate the platform to accelerate the growth of our business!
