To help us provide our prospective customers with a quick response and detailed initial quotation, we ask that you provide the following information: a brief explanation of the type of event and your objectives, including any known requirements that will allow us to build up a picture of what you're looking to achieve and make informative suggestions. We also need to know details of the venue and any appropriate relevant information or specs; this is useful as it will help us build a comprehensive plan with the best suited equipment. We can also address any foreseeable issues such as accessibility or power distribution. We aim to provide the most comprehensive response we can and this is significantly aided by the information you provide us with.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Gigalite was started back in 2009 in response to a growing demand for affordable yet quality Audio Visual Production. The company worked closely with several venues within Birmingham, providing primarily Lighting and PA for both corporate and live events. We have since developed to a level where we're proud to offer a broad yet well defined list of equipment and services, all in a very professional manner with great care and attention. We are comfortable working with events of all sizes and have a wealth of experience led by a team of highly skilled and well trained personnel coupled with some very strong key relationships throughout the industry.

As an early adopter of the Add to Event service, we have worked closely with the team behind this well thought out and successful platform to gain a substantial amount of new customers which we continue to work with.
