What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a quote we need the following information. We need the number of people you are expecting, Type of loos (Luxury or Portable) and or showers required. We also need the postcode of where the event is being held. Could you also please provide an email address and contact number.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Some basic details of where you would like the units to be placed, as some would require power and water. If access is tight or restricted we would need to be told as it would affect delivery.

We have provided a customer with a luxury trailer for a VIP in London for a music venue. This required having our units delivered and collected in the early hours of the morning. We only had 2 days to organise this yet it went as smoothly as everyone hoped. It was nice even under pressure that we still managed to work with the customer to get a unit that suited their needs.
