What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To be able to put a bespoke quote together, we require a brief description of the event to be held, when and where including postcode the event is taking place, the estimated number of guests and approximate length of the time the event will run. we then using the health and safety guidelines and our experience we are able to recommend the type and number of toilets required.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would recommend that a customer looks at the website of the provider first, then contact the provider asking them about their products, service and whether they have a unique selling point. I would also ask the provider to explain how they put their prices together as not all quotations will look the same when comparing them with providers of similar services.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We had done toilets before for Country Events and Young Farmers events; but it was whilst I was running my business as a Celebrations and Event Coordinator that I realised there was room in the market for an upmarket Luxury Toilet Company. This was over 15 years ago and we have put our customers events at the heart of our business. We have also been nominated every year since 2009 in the National Loo awards and have been graded there highest awards ever since. We believe that everyone's event is important and therefore make sure that our service is second to none.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Maybe the best one would be a wedding up in the border hills of Herefordshire and Wales. The views were amazing and the clients were from London and were amazed that our Luxury Toilet Trailers had fresh flowers and baskets of toiletries as standard. They were also very complimentary on the fact that we were able to site the trailer exactly where they wanted it.
I think Add to Event has been very resourceful in putting our Luxury Mobile Toilet business and service out to many Event organisers and private clients.
