They share some of their insights on the key information you should ask when booking a similar supplier.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
So that we can provide you with a quote, please let us know the type of event, proposed date, start time and duration required for the use of the Magic Mirror. We also need to know the location/venue and whether it is indoors or outside and if there are any access issues such as steps etc. Access to an electrical supply is also essential.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask the provider what experience they have in the industry. Do they have any recognised qualifications? Ask them about packages that they can provide and what kind of deals they can offer. What have previous customers said about the service they received.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
After leaving school I went on to do a National Diploma in Art & Design at college, which also covered photography. After discovering my passion for photography I then went on to do an extra year at college and achieved a Diploma in Photography. On completion of my course, I decided to go to university where I was awarded a BA Honours Degree in Photography. Since leaving university I started up 2 businesses within the photographic industry. One as a photographer and the second in providing Magic Mirror Photo Booths for hire. I have many years of experience in event photography and enjoy capturing those special memories for all types of events.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
As I have only been using Add to Event for the past couple months, so far I have received 2 bookings from Add to Event which is upcoming. Although, I have had many successful events up until the current date. I highly recommend using Add to Event, as it has helped my business get more exposure with an unbelievable amount of potential bookings and confirmed bookings.
