What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To provide a quote for a customer we would need to know where your event is in the country and if you already know the venue that would be great, the event date and how many hours you'd like us to be there for. Our packages are a fixed price and all inclusive so that really is it.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When you receive your quote, make sure that includes everything. Many suppliers send a basic hire price with things like guest books, USBs and extra prints hiking the price up. Check out reviews on Add to Event and their social media pages if available. Don't pay deposits by BACs, this offers no protection or peace of mind for the customer.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We love a party! And what's the best way to remember any party - pictures! The Photo Booth attracts everyone, all ages and genders, so is a great place to be to chat to guests, have fun and share your day with you. We love seeing peoples reactions when they receive their print outs and seeing people share our social media albums and laughing together while remembering all their antics is great fun too.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We've had some great bookings through Add to Event. Last Christmas we were picked by Argyll Holidays to provide Magic Mirrors for their Guest and Staff Christmas Parties. 3 events in 2 stunning locations, there was a bit of a panic that we wouldn't get through the snow from Glasgow to Lochgoilhead for one of them, but we did and they were all amazing nights. We received great reviews from Argyll Holidays and contact and bookings from some of the guests we met along the way.
