What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
Please if possible provide the date of the event, the time and venue you would like it booked for, and any themes you have decided on. We can then supply you with a more accurate quote as well as a suitable design for your print template!
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, look at the area in which the supplier is based/offer their services to. Secondly, always try and speak to them over the phone if possible so that you can have verbal contact as well as ask any questions you might have which you would need a more urgent response to. Social media and websites are always helpful to see the suppliers' services in more detail as well as reviews that might not be on this site.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Having grown up with numerous jobs in hospitality, Scott and Jozey thought what a great idea to start a photo booth company would be! We are passionate about having fun, and offering a creative and unique experience for our customers. As a young couple, we are always looking for the next popular thing and any ways to make your events the best they could ever be.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I would highly recommend Add to Event to others simply because of how easy and stress free it is to use! It offers us a diary which I haven't seen on other platforms which helps not double book our services as well as keep organised hassle-free!
