They share some of their insights for when hiring a provider to ensure all goes to plan.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To be able to provide a layout and detailed quote we need to know the type of event, the number of guests and how many to be formally seated.
Also any accessories you might require e.g. dance floor, bar area and if you need a catering area.
When we have this information we can then provide a bespoke layout and detailed quote
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If your prospective marquee company does not provide excellence from the very start it does not bode well as to the quality of service you will receive once they have your money.
You need a company who will listen to your needs and provide a solution that fulfils them, is knowledgeable, helpful and responds quickly to your enquiries.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We started 14 years ago when we fell in love with the style and ambience of the Capri marquee.
We now have the Arabesque marquee which is identical to the Capri in size shape and looks but is a vastly better product.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We haven't been on Add to Event for that long, but the bookings we have received have all been good.
One wedding in particular just grew and grew. In addition to providing the marquees, we ended up getting the full bar service as well.
We also find it very good for the smaller last minute bookings which from a business point of view can be the 'icing on the cake'
