What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, and available space, whether it's on grass or hard standing, whether the guests are standing or seated, and if tables and chairs are required. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable marquee hire solution.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Will you deliver what you promise? What experience do you have? Firstly, ask the marquee company about the product they are offering. If it is a food caterer, ask the provider about their menu and why they are serving what they are serving. Also, find out about their equipment as better equipment will make for a better experience.

Zest Marquee Hire was created from our passion is to provide quality marquees and equipment for weddings, home parties, local community groups, schools, sports clubs, local festivals & business events with all our dynamic team living and working within the community we operate in. A local family business in Northampton, we have always been obsessive about providing great customer experiences.
