Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Having travelled to Mexico for many holidays, I completely fell in love with the simple tasty clean food, Tacos with beef, onions and fresh salsa it was divine. I have always had a passion for food and cooking so when I returned I started practising how to cook the tacos and making fresh salsas.
Having catered for many friends and family I decided to give it a shot in Frida our converted street food trailer. I love every second of working in Frida. Seeing peoples faces as they enjoy my food is perfection and when you receive wonderful feedback it just makes my heart glow. I am very proud of Frida's.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Wow!! There have been lots of bookings through this platform that I am personally so happy about. If I had to pick one, it would be 21st birthday party in Bolton in January but it was so cold. As we were serving all the people starting singing tequila at the top of their voices to keep warm The reviews were amazing, The client and her guests were very happy and are using us again for their next event. I have recommended and continue to recommend Add to Event to all my catering friends
