What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quotation we would need some key information. The date, number of guests, location and desired budgets.
We can provide several different options for food and service so it is imperative to gather as much information from the outset.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you provide key information, be clear in your instructions. Have a good understanding of the cuisine your supplier is offering and it's provenance. We pride ourselves on using meat from sustainable sources. Do you have a theme or style to the event? Check out reviews and try and go and taste what they have to offer.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Pequeno Gringo was started in 2019 to provide good quality Mexican food at festivals and events throughout the UK. We had been working at various events for the 3 years prior and noticed what was on offer was either fusion Mexican or just not a good standard.
We aim to provide quality meat and vegetables cooked in traditional ways using authentic spices and recipes from Mexico. This gives us amazing results and gives our customers something to come back for.
