The HOFNAR Experience provides minibus hire. Whether it be a birthday, stag/hen do or business trip their friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, experienced driver is the perfect choice!! They have a PSV licence and operate strictly within the driver/operator regulations. The vehicle is a Ford transit minibus and they have a trailer for when the whole group has baggage.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
The date, location and we are governed by driving hours regulations so we are keen to know about timings. The pickup and drop-off locations are of course key, and then do let us know the number of passengers (up to 16) and the amount of baggage - should we bring our trailer?
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You should always ensure that your coach/bus operator has the correct licences and correct insurance. If they don't then it probably also means their vehicle isn't maintained at the same standard that PSVs (Public Service Vehicles) should be.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started running ski trips because I couldn't afford to pay for myself. We now run holidays and weekends away during the summer - but when we aren't running those I like to keep the minibus working :) I (Daniel) will probably be your driver and in previous years have driven regular big buses both here in the South East and also in central London
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I recently took a group of co-workers on an 'away day' - using Add to Event is dead easy. The group organiser put the request up, I offered a price and it was accepted and booked! Perfect!
