What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

Our mobile bar service is deposit free with no minimum spend. All we need to know is your venue, date and your estimated guest numbers. The guest numbers will determine what size bar set up we provide.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a supplier it is important to check their reputation. It can take years to create a fantastic reputation. The best tool is Facebook, check them out before you book them.

Don't always go for the supplier with the cheapest prices. Expect a mixed bag of prices, sometimes paying a little more you will get higher quality but that's not to say the cheapest company won't offer the same quality service. Just have to be cautious, again, it is down to reputation.

Going for a well known company is a lot safer. Usually they send proper invoicing and offer secure payments that protects you should something go wrong. Never do a bank transfer to anyone you've not checked out properly.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Starting all the way back to 2013 all we offered was wedding cars. The business went from strength to strength and added additional services as the years went by. In 2016 the big idea of offering bars was thought of, this is down to becoming a licence holder to provide champagne in the wedding cars. At the start of 2017 we pushed the mobile bars and we will never look back, its been a fantastic addition!

We wanted to create a sustainable family business offering every avenue of the wedding industry. To think the journey started with just two wedding cars!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Add to Event has been a massive addition to our bookings. We offer 3-4 mobile bars per weekend so it fills in all of the gaps we don't fill from word of mouth or wedding fairs. Add to Event offers us the ability to add events with as little as 50 guests all the way to huge festivals.

Our feedback speaks for itself, at the beginning of the year we provided our bar service for a family party. We had such a great night with the family and their guests that we now provide our services for every family event which they host.
