What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, we ideally need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event you are hosting, the estimated number of guests, information on the potential venue and whether it's an indoor or an outdoor event. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable equipment list and design.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We have over 10 years experience with mobile bars and event planning. From weddings to festivals and everything in between. Over that time we have built and maintained strong, long lasting relationships with our suppliers which enables us to provide the best quality products and the very best prices possible. We only ever use branded names. After all, Premium is in our name for a reason.

If a provider can't supply this, then you should get quotes from businesses that can!

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Premium Bar Hire was born after I had spent over 10 years working within various areas of hospitality and event planning and has since gone from strength to strength. Our name reflects what we are and what we provide. Premium service, premium products and premium staff. All at affordable prices. Our customers are our main focus and nothing detracts us from that.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Premium Bar Hire joined Add To Event in May 2016 to expand and multiply our bookings. From providing full bar set ups for three day events to providing staff for two hour bookings we have done it all. A wedding booking for 350 guests in Mid Wales for two days is the one that I find most memorable. The happy couple and guests were so pleased with our organisation, drinks packages and our staff, we have received a further eight bookings so far to date, from as far as Swindon across to Hull. Add to Event is always mentioned between caterers at events we attend and I have introduced several friends to the platform who live local to me.
