The Thirsty Horse are a mobile bar based in the North East of England that provides a unique and functional concept with a well-stocked bar including beer on tap. The beautifully vintage horse trailer bar will add the wow factor to the occasion or celebration, no matter what it is! We cater for any event, large or small, public or private, weddings, parties, fetes or festivals.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, we would need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, how many guests will be attending and what kind of experience they are after, whether it be an open bar or cash bar.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, I would make sure the business seems to know what they are doing and has a passion for what they do. Secondly, I would make sure I like everything they have to offer.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I took over this business after having many years experience working in pubs and clubs. I have a real passion for customer service and meeting new people. I love talking to people about different drinks and sharing my expansive knowledge.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I am new to this platform so haven't had any bookings from it yet but I know the previous owners did have.
I will continue to post on Add to Event and I'm looking forward to the exciting things it may bring to myself and my business!
