For us to provide a comprehensive quote, the details we need to know are: the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event it is, the expected number of guests/servings, the location and the space available for us to set up. What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would ask the provider to provide a background of them and their business and the food they can provide. I find that you can learn a lot about a company from who is behind it and their passion for their food. I would ask them about what previous experience they had of similar events and would want to see photos of the food and stall set up.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Get Wurst was started after many trips to Berlin, and our love for a good currywurst, yet not being able to find this tasty food over here in the UK - except for at a Christmas market, when it often isn't done very well! We set out to offer the best bratwurst/currywurst this side of Berlin!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have had a number of bookings now through Add to Event, ranging from corporate events, a festival and private events. One of our favourites was for a residents housing assocation whereby the residents all got together to put on a Christmas party for the whole estate. We fed 250 people with some winter warming currywurst and our food went down really well. It was a really fun one for us as it was so good to see the whole community coming together and putting on an event, especially in London where often neighbours won't even say hello to each other. So, it was really refreshing to see, and we're glad we were able to be a part of the day; and we got some great feedback on our food too.
