What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To provide a competitive quote I need venue date whether it’s a birthday, wedding, engagement, anniversary or kids disco and the start and finish time of the event and the type/genre of music required.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for experience, look to see if any reviews have been left, talk to the DJ on the phone to get a feel for them ask them questions about music they play if you have any requirements tell the DJ beforehand eg. favourite song or song not to play and see if they are local or would travel to your event and if so if they need expenses.

Roadrunner mobile disco started over 15 years ago and I do it because I like to see people having a good time and I enjoy all sorts of music but to see the customer enjoying the night is the best reward!

The lastest booking through Add to Event was a 40th birthday 2 weeks ago 40/50 people in Milton Keynes the people loved it, the organiser did a great job of organising and everybody was dancing and smiling!
