What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order to be as accurate as possible with my quote I would have to know the location of the venue, start and finish times and type of function i.e. kids party, birthday party, wedding etc.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would make sure the disco you are hiring has all equipment PAT tested and also has liability insurance for your peace of mind. The person you hire should have a lot of years of experience and be able to give good communication regarding the best options for set up and music selection on the day or night of your party.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I originally started helping out as a member of a youth club and I have always been a bit of a character so having a microphone and an audience to play to was a natural choice for me. I love knowing I have helped people have a great, memorable night.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
At the moment I am quite new so have only had a couple of bookings. They have gone well and I would recommend Add To Event just for the sheer volume of offers and chances of work you are given.
