Mobile Gin Bar Hire in Essex

Full of Fizz is a small mobile bar company serving a wide selection of drinks including Prosecco, Gin, Beer, Cider, Wine, Jager and a number of cocktails out of one of their two gorgeous bars.
They have a beautifully refurbished vintage-style horsebox as well as their wooden rustic pop-up bar.

What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote we need to know the date, venue, number of guests and which one of our gorgeous bars they would like.
Also what helps us put together an accurate quote is knowing how the client would like the bar to run… i.e if they would like a cash bar or a pre-paid bar.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I’d say to definitely ask for a price list. You need to know what your guests will be paying for their drinks if you go with a pay as you go bar.
Also, don’t be afraid to say if there are specific drinks you’d like… for example a specific Beer or Whiskey.
It’s a good idea to ask what time the staff are happy to stay till… some may have a cut off time whereas others will be happy to stay until people stop drinking.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I always knew that once both of my children started school I would go back to work but I didn’t want to go back into the city… I wanted to be my own boss with a fun job that suited my lifestyle.
I have always loved meeting new people and going out so when my husband told me about a mobile bar he saw at an event I knew that would be perfect for me. I love it.
I’m always surrounded by people who are happy and celebrating. What’s not to love?!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

There have been so many amazing events I have attended through this platform it’s hard to pick just one.
A lot of the time we are then booked again for their next parties.
One of my favourite events was for the Essex Police when they were leaving their old premises. They were all so lovely and showed us around their grounds and where the helicopters are kept. We had a great time.
Since then we have run the bar at 2 of their weddings. It’s always great when you are used again by clients… that’s when you know you’re doing a good job.
