What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For The Little Bar Group to provide an accurate quote for our customers its important they give us as much information as possible, ideally the event date, a description of the event they are hosting, an estimated number of guests, the potential venue and whether the event is to be held inside or outside but most importantly share any ideas about what they might like with us.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly ask the service provider to tell you a bit about there business and events they have done in the past. Have a look at their reviews and make sure its someone you can freely speak with about your ideas and expectations. Your event is important to you and should be to your suppliers as well.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
The Little Bar Group was established in 2017, starting out with The Little Prosecco Bar and having since grown our operation to include a number of impressive bars, serving delicious drinks and keeping guests entertained at events across Scotland.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and our dedicated team of highly trained, professional Bar Tenders, Prosecco Baristas and Mixologists work conscientiously to ensure we offer the best service at all events.

We love Add to Event! The Little Bar Group have had lots of customers through this site. One of our first customers booked a full bar service for her annual Christmas party after feeling let down by the service of another supplier the previous year, She was very apprehensive due to the failings of the previous year but we worked closely with her on the lead-up and executed a great bar service at the Christmas party. The guests and host all had a fantastic night! We have this event booked for the 4th time this Christmas.
