What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To provide a full quote to our customers we ideally require the following details. Event date, a brief explanation of the type of event and services required, number of guests. We can use our experience and put a quote together for you to suit.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask the provider what products they provide and how much experience they have or how long they have been trading. References are always good to see so that you can get a feel from other customers.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Cocktail Events Company was started in 2018 out of a love for all things hospitality. I have worked in hospitality for over 15 years running catering companies, bars and even a stint in a casino. I have planned weddings, 500 + guests gala dinners and everything in between. We have a true love for hospitality and giving our customers the best experience.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had so many bookings through Add to Event it really is a great way to let customers know who we are and what we can do. Communication with customers are simple and easy to navigate. We have truly had some amazing customers through this platform and would recommend it to any supplier out there.
