What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, we need the date and times, the type of event, the type of genre of music the customers wants being played, how many guests, size and capacity of the venue and finally what equipment is required to host the events.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The advice I would give to a customer who is looking to hire a provider in my area is, I would advise the customer that if they want to have a good time at the event, they should hire a quality provider, who provide good quality sound and a unique experience that's gonna keep everyone entertained. look ar reviews online and comments from previous cutomers.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started the business because of my love for music, to me, music is good for the soul. When I was young I've always wanted to become a DJ, from spinning vinyls to CDs to digital deejaying. To me, I just want to entertain others with my music and to keep them happy. And it doesn't feel like a job when you love what you're doing.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

The bookings here have been amazingly busy. It made me realise how important planning and management is. Add to Event have made me a better DJ, I've learnt how to mix and transition to all different types of genres, from 60s disco all the way to the latest pop genres. the customers have been amazing as well, being very lovely people who just want to have fun and be entertained. The pick of the bunch was a surprise party held for a 40th birthday, the song requests were coming in very quickly and I managed to find and play every single song requested by the customers.
