What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide an accurate quote, please try to give us as much information as possible. From the event time, date and location to whether power is available on site and whether your event will be indoors or outdoors. Finally, let us know if you've seen one of our packages that would suit your needs or whether you'd like us to make a recommendation based on what you tell us.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you're not sure what you're getting from a supplier, don't be afraid to ask. People in the sound and lighting business are often guilty of using 'tech speak' rather than English! At mhaslamTech we don't believe in the hard sell, so we'll always give you options that are suitable to your event and budget.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
MhaslamTech Sound and Event Production was started to provide professional equipment at affordable prices and tailored to our customer's individual needs. We started out in theatre production and have moved into events of all shapes and sizes and event the odd venue installation. We are committed to working with you to make your next event a huge success!
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Add to Event are brilliant and have sent loads of enquiries my way without me having to do anything. Unfortunately, a couple of events that were lined up through the platform were called off due to COVID-19 but looking forward to looking after our first client for a wedding in a couple of weeks.
