What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To provide an accurate quote, we need to know the key facts which include the date, time, number of guests, venue, cuisine type of event and full comprehensive information of what you want us to supply. In particular a guide to budget, quality, experienced caterers will always try to meet (within reason) a client's budget and where we are given a budget we generally offer at least three prices - one below budget where possible, one at budget and one above so clients can get a real idea of what their money can buy.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, check experience, reliability and track record in delivering events. Ask for and check references. Your event is important and can't be fixed on the day when it all goes wrong. In particular ask for testimonials on food and service quality and the type of clients that have previously hired the operator.

I must have been born to be a Chef and be involved in hospitality, it is not a job to me it is a passion and a way of life. I thrive on creating, delivering and reaping the reward of that ultimate customer satisfaction and the accolade that comes from delivering superb quality food and service and the joy it brings to my clients.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We are new to Add to Event and have only done 3 events through the site to date. We have gained a major client who rated our first performance as 5 stars and has retained us to do their ongoing car launches and events we would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Add to Event to other suppliers and will continue to do so.
