What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide an accurate quote, we require three pieces of information.

1) Event location. This ensures we calculate delivery & travel times accordingly so we can provide outstanding service with no disappointments. We also aim to offer FREE delivery as far as possible within our working radius, so this will also give us the key location to know if we can offer free delivery.

2) Specifics. If you have any services you require all in one, please specify! Whether you're looking for a DJ, dancefloor, light-up numbers, DJ, or special effects. Please add a little info about times, venue names, and special requirements so we can advise the best service and packages.

3) We're about you. We want to know about you, your event, and your collective ideas. Expanding on your vision, your likes, and dislikes gives us the extra info to really tailor your experience and give you a smooth event design, prep & execution.

Insurance & H&S - Check if the supplier is insured! is their equipment PAT (Portable appliance Tested) A lot of venues may request this info from the supplier of the event. If the company is hesitant to give proof of documentation on booking, be wary!
