What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote, Please include as much information as possible.
We require the Event Dates, Event location, Services required ( eg Live stream to Facebook for 8 hours or Screen hire for 2 days), Scope and size of the project. venue details and access times and restrictions are also a big help.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would certainly advise asking about their previous experience.
Ask to see real-life examples of their work to see if it fits exactly what you are after.
most importantly is to talk through all the aspects of the project or event make sure you are both on the same page.

Social Sound Creative has been working in the events, and entertainment industry for over 10 years. With a great team of people who have previously worked alongside well-known companies, Chart artists and household broadcasters such as the BBC. We decided it was a great time to join together a provide the highest quality service to them without having the large overheads of those companies. This allows us to keep our services affordable and manage our clients project with the time and care that is required.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
As we are very new to this platform we are still to have our first event. We have heard good things from some of our partners who are also on the site.
