What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a potential client, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests and potential venue. With this, I can put together a quote and provide the best service possible for the day! :)
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would definitely say be specific with your provider so they can provide you the best possible service. It's really important providers know the needs of the client so they can provide a bespoke service for the event.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We started Studio360 out of love for capturing memories in such a unique way! We've been set up for just over a year and I really wanted to give clients a happy memorable service on their big day! What better way to do this than having a 360 photobooth!
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We've had loads of events from this platform and we're so happy about this! We would definitely say our favourite event has been hosting London Fashion Week and Jimmy Choo. We met so many celebrities and funny people, it really was our best event - we got so much positive feedback from guests and repeat business! :)
