The fully trained photo booth host will remain for the duration of the event, and all images will be made available immediately at the time as well as in digital format within 2 days of the event.

What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide the most accurate quote we would need the date of the event, venue address, which booth you require (photo, green screen, GIF, video or slow motion), how many hours you would like to hire the booth for and a rough estimate of the number of guests. Any other information such as theme or colour scheme would be helpful but isn't necessary for us to provide a quote.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the photo booth provider has public liability insurance and is PAT tested as most venues now require this. You can also check out their social media and website to check the quality of their photos and videos. Reviews and testimonials are always a key indication too. Check if a photo both frame or accessories are provided as well.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started Golly Gosh Booth after looking for a slow motion booth for my own wedding in Liverpool in October 2016. I wasn't able to find anyone in my area or even nationally who had my date available. Together with my passion for photography, I decided that starting a photo booth business was my calling.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I have had a booking through Add To Event for a 30th Birthday party. The process was super easy and I had all the information I needed to provide the customer with an accurate quote. I have yet to do the event which is in the next few days but I am really looking forward to it and hope it is the start of a lot more Add To Event bookings.
