What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
The things I need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote are most importantly date and time, you need to know the needs of the organiser to give great customer service and from there we can put together a suitable event, with the experience we have.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The advice I would give to a customer looking to hire a provider in my area of work are: what are the areas of expertise? In my area as a musician, I have a lot of experience with weddings, funerals and other events and I would happily give advice. I wouldn't guess and if I didn't know I would find out via Google.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started my business at a young age, I'd grown up in a very musical family. At a very young age I developed a strong passion and I've grown both in confidence and the service that I provide. It's important to make customer's days memorable obviously in a good way.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I haven't had any bookings as yet but I am looking forward to purchasing more credits and I have a booking for an 18th birthday party booked through Add to Event which I'm very excited about.
