What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We would need to know the amount of people, how big the location is and if they supply electricity.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We would advise the customer to look at reviews the company has, and to compare the price of them to other similar suppliers. The quality of the food is also key, so it would be good to taste test if possible before hiring them.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We started using our mobile pizza van after we opened our restaurant. Many customers were asking us to bring our pizza to them, and our van allowed us to do this with ease. It is also lovely to meet new people and to travel around.
