What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide an accurate quote for your function, it would help us to know about your venue. We can't get the van inside, so will your guests need the food bringing inside?
It also helps to know the "feel" of your event, is it formal; informal etc. Is there a theme?
We like to get our serving times spot on, so it helps to know when you want the food serving, don't worry about our time to set up- we will arrange all that!
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask your provider how much they can offer, do you want canapes upon arrival? Will your guests want something sweet afterwards?
How flexible is your supplier with serving times numbers, i.e. are they rigid or can they accommodate a last-minute change in numbers?
What type of offering is there for anyone with dietary requirements? You may love a hog roast, but what have they got for the Vegans?

My husband and I had a pub with an outdoor pizza oven and loved to hold outside events. Although we don't run it anymore, we wanted to find an offering for weddings and events.
I came across the Tin Box Pizza for sale and it just seemed the perfect fit. We adore pizza (who doesn't?) and love serving our artisan sourdough authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas fresh from the oven. We only use the finest authentic Italian ingredients and the quality stands out to anyone who tries them.

We have only just started using this site, and it's been a strange year as all events this summer have been cancelled.
However, requests for 2021 and beyond are flooding in, so we will be able to report on the success very soon.
