What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For a quote to a customer, we need the number of guests, date of event and location. the most important thing that we need to know is what type of food you would like to have ( in our case its size and types of pizzas) this will help us collaborate more efficiently.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, look at the provider's menu. Make a request from the providers that you have chosen. please make your request more detailed and clear.

With the experience of 20 years in this field, the pizza chef will do the best for our customers to be satisfied with our product. Using our mobile wood-fired pizza oven we provide a range of catering options to meet every budget and taste using fresh ingredients and Italian artisan produce. As well as, we can cater for any size event and will tailor our menus to meet your event requirements, also we are able to cater for a wide range of dietary requirements. We are fully mobile and provide all that is required for a memorable event whether it's corporate, private or public.
