What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
When putting together a quote for an event the main things we need to know from the client are
1. Venue postcode
2. A firm date
3. Number of guests
4. Number of vegan or gluten free guests
From here we can give you a pretty accurate quotation
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask about food hygiene ratings. Personally I wouldn't book a trader who wasn't 5* rated.
Look for independent set ups who have the ability to be self sufficient it makes life easier for you!

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We wanted to create an open mobile pizzeria but with a quirky vintage twist. As well as being chefs Adam and I are a riding instructor and horse physio and we decided it would be perfect to convert our vintage horsebox. We are keen festival goers and wanted to be able to provide an upmarket festival style offering with the focus on quality. We use only the finest wood in our oven and make our sauces with classic ingredients, imported from Italy. We have high attention to detail when it comes to customer service as this is what we like ourselves and always try to be as accommodating as possible at the event.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have done lots of events for Add To Event including lots of weddings and private parties. I'd find it hard to pick one as everyones big day is so special and unique.
We did a beautiful tipi wedding in Northampton last year for Chloe and Sam and their 150 guests and bride and groom were all so much fun. Two lots of their guests booked us for private parties. We shared our anniversary with one couple cooking pizzas for them and again they were so lovely
