The pizzas are also made extra delicious by having all ingredients prepared on the day, instead of being stored.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For our pizza company to provide a quote, we need to know what food is required, the location of the event, the type of organisation, the date and time of the event, whether or not there are any special requirements and whether the event will be indoor or outdoor. Please also mention whether there will be a power supply.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure to be very detailed when explaining special requirements to your potential provider so that they can adequately understand and act on the information.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started one of the first mobile pizza ovens in the UK over 8 years ago. I went to a music festival and found the food was very poor, so with my pizza experience I decided to make a mobile wood fired oven on a trailer. Now they are popular, since people have realised that wood-fired pizza is extremely fresh, healthy and affordable.
As you can see from our reviews, we do pizza very well indeed and have a lot of experience in authentic Italian cuisine.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Add to Event lets you bid for lots of quotes, many of which then turn into orders. The only negative is that we will not be able to cope under our present business arrangement, so we will have to expand the business to cope with such great demand - but what a nice problem to have! We have greatly enjoyed the events we have covered through Add to Event, and would recommend the platform to anyone.
