What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

Ideally, I would like to know the event date, time, characters required or theme. You can also send a budget to help us guide you. This way we can send a correct quote.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask the provider what they offer. Do the princesses sing and do accents? Are the parties suitable for adults? How far do you travel? These questions make the booking more efficient and smooth. Also, check out reviews and comments.

I have spent 7 years running DBA Theatre. It started with my love of theatre and passion for performing arts. I then gained qualifications in the event industry and expanded my business into children's entertainment. Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I'm relatively new to Add to Event but have picked up some work over the last few months including virtual options during COVID for children all over the world!
