What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For me to provide a more accurate quote I require:
- the date for the event to check availability.
- the number of people that I need to cater for.
- if there is any budget in mind in order to quote for that budget if possible.
- the full address
- the list of dietary requirements.
All quotes are discussed with the customer in order to meet their needs.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You don't need to worry about equipment.
I will try to adapt all the menus to your needs.
If you have something specific in mind let me know so I can confirm it with you.
Don't worry about the kitchen I only need a working hob and oven and very basic pots and pans.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started the business almost 2 years ago.
The idea was to supply good quality food and service to people without the need to leave home.
This is a very unique service that wants to not only provide good food but also deliver a unique experience.
