What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I will be open we are not the cheapest.
We use very good quality products and have a team of Michelin trained chefs, and our front of house team would grace any first class flight. We provide an event you won't or your guests won't forget.
Be honest tell us what you enjoy eating, what restaurants you like the more information we build up, ensures the event is so much better, for you.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I have been in events 25 years prior to that I worked in many Michelin restaurants all over Europe.
after I had been in the events industry for a few years I loved the idea of creating restaurants in people's homes or re-creating their dreams in buildings, ultimately it was about trying to achieve perfection.
We love wowing our guests. letting them relax and we do the work... it's the best feeling.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I had a client asking for a tasting menu.
So we exchanged a few e-mails and I went to meet the client, we shared a bottle of wine whilst discussing the food, the plates, the wine, and the decoration.
I remember leaving that meeting thinking wow... this will be amazing
Leading up to the event we arranged a beautiful marquee, amazing flowers, a balloon wall, red carpet, fairground rides.. it was amazing. The meal went so well. 50 covers tasting menu, 6 chefs 8 waitresses, 3 sommeliers.. we had flair cocktail, barmen, too. It was a great evening. The client must have thought so too, they gave us a large tip which we give to various charities ( we give all our tips to charities to help people less fortunate than ourselves) and this is now an annual event.
