What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For chef2table to provide a detailed quote we would need to know the date of the event, planned timing and duration of the event, as well as details of the selected venue including kitchen facilities, access and parking. Estimated numbers and the theme of the day or menu needed are also key things for us to know. It always helps to have as much information as possible to enable us to create the menus you need at the right price.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is helpful if an organiser is clear about the requirements and numbers of people for the event. Ask your professional for advice - they have a lot of experience and would do their best to create the perfect menu for your event.
